Sea Turtles 911 is a nonprofit organization focused on the conservation of sea turtles on Hainan Island, China. Your purchase goes directly to the conservation of the world’s most endangered sea turtle: the hawksbill. For centuries these magnificent turtles have been overexploited, for their shell, which is made into jewelry, if this continues it is estimated that the species will go extinct within the next 10 years! With your contribution we are able to fund public education programs, government lobbying, rescues and rehabilitation, to save not only the hawksbill sea turtle from extinction but all sea turtle species!
